Mind & Body Centered Anxiety & Stress Relief - Session 2: Body Awareness in Stress Management

This is a series of three lectures (February 1, 8, & 15) using "DIY" techniques to reduce stress and anxiety -- so that you can lead a more peaceful and enjoyable life. .

~~
The Local Living Venture is pleased to join with Kathy Montan, a Body-Centered Expressive Therapist in private practice near Canton, NY, in offering three sessions for individuals interested in gaining a well rounded knowledge of personal holistic health issues, particularly relating to stress and anxiety.

This series of lectures (three Sundays in a row) will show you "DIY" techniques to reduce stress and anxiety. Each of the three sessions are approximately 1-1/2 hours long, and are part information and part experiential. Each session has a different theme and you can come to one or all of them.
(Note: you will benefit most by attending all three.)

Kathy Montan is registered as a Somatic Movement Therapist through ISMETA and has been giving workshops since 1994.  She has given workshops for Hospice, School Counselors of Northern NY, St. Lawrence University, SUNY Potsdam, Clarkson University and the Office of the Aging.

Three sessions!
Pre-registration suggested (first come, first served!) but not required.
Join us for one session, or two, or all three (which will give you the most skills to work with, of course!)
