Spring Bicycle Maintenance
Saturday, April 21
4 to 6 pm
(approximately 1-1/2 to 2 hours)
Spring is here, and it is time to dust that bike off and give it some good attention for the upcoming season. We'll focus on getting you ready for the inevitable road repair and honing your bike to be good for the road, including lubrication, shifting and braking.
Pre-registration is appreciated but not necessary.
See TO REGISTER below for details.
Jon Ignatowski is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and is currently an Assistant Coach for Clarkon's XC and Nordic programs, in addition to being the Chairman of Canton's Complete Streets Committee. He previously operated a local bicycle repair business, Iggy’s Bike Works.
Jon has been turning wrenches for many years, and loves to teach others how to save time and money by working on their own mechanized implements. He has participated in several bicycling tours, has helped lead a seasonal bike touring company, and has been a mountain biking instructor in New Mexico.
