Simple Living Exchange & Potluck
Monthly Local Living Venture Gathering!
We have such a large contingent of folks following our work and sharing with us from Jefferson County -- we've always wanted to do more events there -- and so we are!
This month's Potluck Gathering is on beautiful Wellesley Island -- we hope you can join in the camaraderie!
Interested in the "simple life?"
Serious about growing things, wood stoves, clean energy, etc. and have questions?
Eager to share w/local homesteaders and others working to create a sustainable rural life?
Join in for monthly camaraderie, a potluck meal + homestead tours and/or optional good work projects.
Join in the fun on the third Saturday of each month!
Noon to 2 or 4 pm, depending on that month's activities.
Alternating venues throughout the St. Lawrence River Valley and Adirondack foothills.
FREE, small donation for LLV program growth appreciated.
For details on this month's event, see the highlighted portion below.

An RSVP* with the approximate number in your party is appreciated to help our hosts plan for the gathering - please email LocalLivingVenture@gmail.com - we will reply with directions for your use as well.
* If you can't commit in advance, that's fine; please feel free to join us regardless!
Our Hosts are Dani Baker and David Belding of Cross Island Farms.
This Event Will Include an optional tour of the Edible Food Forest to follow.
The potluck is free and open to the public, at no charge; the tour is on a suggested donation basis. See link for details.
A potluck dish to share - a place card noting the ingredients is helpful to those with food sensitivities/preferences.
A place setting (plate or bowl, fork and knife, cup) if you can (not everyone has place settings for this many guests, and it will save the host and helpers from washing so many dishes!)
Your good thoughts, questions, and skills to share!
Thanks so much for your community spirit and connectedness!
We hope to see you there!
