Learn about the cyclical nature of women and how to use this wisdom to heal menstrual health, fertility, breast health, menopausal health, and reproductive tract imbalances.

We will journey through the years of your feminine life with healing information around nutrition, herbs, and balancing feminine energy to heal.  These sessions will inform in surprising ways about even times of life you may feel you are past or don't need to know about yet!

Learn from the holistic perspective, as Paula shares her 15 plus years in Maternity Nursing with her Wise Woman Holistic Slant, that a woman's body is healthy and whole: menstruation, menopause, pregnancy, etc. are NOT dysfunctions or medical emergencies.

Includes informative hand-outs from Hands On Health, PaulaYoumellRN.com.

Women, by nature, are cyclical beings. We begin our cyclical nature as fetuses in our Mother's wombs. Our cyclical nature is visible as we blossom in adolescence: breasts and hips develop and menstruation begins. Our cyclical rhythm carries on through our menstrual, child-bearing, and breast-feeding years.

The cyclical nature continues throughout our pre- and peri-menopause and even continues after we pass through our menopause (stop menstruating) into our Wise Women years.

Join the Wise Women Healing Workshops to un-learn our negative conditioning around the menstrual cycle and re-learn how the beauty in this cyclical ebb and flow of our womanhood is beneficial to women of all ages:

*    young girls will enter their menstruating years with awe for the gift that their body and womanhood brings
*    female in the summertime of their womanhood can connect to a more positive "cultural" energy around being female
*    women who have passed gracefully through menopause can use this information to look back on their lives and heal the negative misinformation our culture creates around females and their cycles.

Women, be ready to shake off cultural assumptions about our female-ness, health and healing!

    natural birth control options
    fertility enhancement
    holistic pregnancy self-care
    breast health
    menopause with ease
herbs and herbal formulas to support healthy reproductive tract function in regards to above topics

AND  other healing topics of concern will be touched upon as participants ask questions

This class will be followed with an email of informative hand-outs, tailored to the discussion and questions that arise.
